The Gym Fitness Community Transformation Program is a structured, 6-week fitness experience designed to help you build consistency, discipline, and sustainable results. This program combines in-person training, guided app workouts, and programmed open gym sessions—so you always know what to do and how to stay on track.


This is not a challenge or competition. It’s a system designed for real life and long-term transformation.


The Transformation Program begins Monday, January 5 and runs in 6-week training phases throughout the year, with short reset periods between phases.


The program cost is $99 per 6-week training phase.
Registration is completed through an online sign-up link, and payment is required to secure your spot.


Your enrollment includes:

  • Up to three in-person classes per week
  • Open gym access with pre-written workouts
  • Guided app workouts to support consistency
  • Structured programming and accountability
  • Community support and coaching


Participants may attend the following in-person classes each week:

  • Monday Night – Banggin Body Blitz
    Strength and circuit-based training
  • Wednesday Night – Banggin Body Burn
    Conditioning, endurance, and calorie burn
  • Saturday Morning – Co-Ed Lift
    Full-body strength and functional lifting


Yes. Open gym access is included for all Transformation Program participants.


During scheduled open gym hours, you’ll have access to:

  • Pre-written, full-body workouts
  • Equipment setup guidance
  • The ability to train at your own pace


Open gym sessions are programmed to complement the in-person classes and app workouts.


No. The Transformation Program does not include virtual or recorded workout videos.
All workouts are delivered through:

  • In-person classes
  • Programmed open gym sessions
  • Guided app workouts

This approach encourages consistency, engagement, and intentional training.


App workouts are provided as supplemental support to help you stay consistent outside of scheduled class times. They are designed to complement your in-person training and open gym workouts.


Yes. The Transformation Program is designed for all fitness levels. Workouts can be scaled and modified, and the focus is on progress—not perfection.
